My name is Huang Baolin. I am from Penang, Malaysia. I am 65 years old. I was a college lecturer.
I had external hemorrhoids for over 20 years. Sometimes when defecating in the morning, I would suddenly see it was all red in the toilet. Seeing this affected my emotions. I was impatient when I talked. Hemorrhoids also affected my diet; I couldn’t eat sour, spicy or fried food. So I kept practicing until one day, my [finger] problem had gone without my even noticing.
When I saw the physical therapist, he said that I was doing great and had improved a lot. He asked me what I had done. I told him that I practiced Energy Bagua daily. Also, I practiced Energy Bagua Aerobics. All of a sudden, I realized that I could stretch my arm like this. Before, and now. My frozen shoulder recovered by 80 to 90%.
