In the past 20 years, this restaurateur developed various physical problems, especially joint pain in her ankles, elbows and lower back. She carried painkillers and tonics with her all the time. However, in just 100 days, all her pain disappeared and her body relaxed!
I ran a soup restaurant next to Busan Children’s Grand Park. My restaurant was open every day except for Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. Whenever I saw the satisfied smiles of customers eating hot soup and rice, my heart warmed. I have been doing this work for more than 20 years, and I am busy from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. every morning.
Many years of hard work yielded various health problems.
Many years of hard work were the root cause of many ailments. In 2012, various problems began to develop, such as joint pain. Pain in my ankle made it difficult to walk. Due to the pain in my lower back, I had to hold on to something for support while squatting or standing up. Because of elbow pain, I could not lift things that were not heavy before. My shoulders, arms and lower back are often stiff and in pain. In order to continue my business, I carried painkillers with me at all times so I could take them when necessary. Because of the pain, I usually did not sleep well, waking up in pain during the night. I tried both Korean and Western medicine, without obvious effects.
I also suffered varicose veins on my lower limbs and there were bulges all over my legs. I refused the doctor’s suggestion to undergo surgery and just went in for emergency treatment and let it be. In the winter of 2019, I had severe pain in my thighs, which got me to the hospital for a check-up. The doctor told me that many of the blood vessels in my thighs were blocked.
Due to stress, every morning when I got up, there were painful nodules under my ribs that I had to massage slowly. What afflicted me even more was menopause. For eight years, my heart beat faster in the afternoon, my face was flushed, and my mood unstable; I needed medication to relieve the symptoms.
The pain disappeared and the high blood pressure and high blood sugar dropped.
At the beginning of 2019, I started practicing Energy Bagua at the Busan Children’s Grand Park. After about a month, the joint pain improved, which gave me the confidence to continue. After practicing for about 100 days, the pain in my ankles, elbows, and joints disappeared; my whole body was relaxed. Before practicing Energy Bagua, I had to lie down to rest for an hour or two when I got home from work in the morning. Now I am full of energy and not tired at all. I don’t wake up from pain at night anymore and always sleep well.
After practicing Energy Bagua for about three months, the menopause symptoms disappeared. At about five months, the varicose veins subsided. At about six to seven months, the nodules under my ribs were no longer detectable.
Ten years ago, I also suffered from high blood pressure and high blood sugar. I would have a headache if it was a bit cold when I went out in the morning, and I had to wear a hat. I had been taking diabetes medication for ten years but had no improvement. Before, my blood glucose level on an empty stomach in the morning was about 200 mg/dL (Editor’s note: milligrams per deciliter, the normal range of empty stomach blood glucose is generally 70-100 mg/dL). In July 2019, it dropped to 100-120 mg/dL. The doctor thought it was amazing and said that I could stop taking the diabetes medication. My blood pressure dropped from the previous 160/90 mmHg to 120/70mmHg (Editor’s note: adult systolic blood pressure ≥140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg, it can be diagnosed as hypertension), which is within the normal range.
The various physical problems accumulated over the past 20 years have been resolved by practicing Energy Bagua. I am very grateful to Grandmaster JinBodhi. I hope to introduce Energy Bagua to other people suffering from illness and pain so that everyone can gain physical and mental health!
(Note: The effect of practicing Energy Bagua will vary from person to person.)
